Karem Beyit is an skillful professional digital artist/painter and illustrator from Turky. He was got his education in graphic designing. He grew up enjoying comic books and has always enjoyed drawing which is also portrayed. He is an epic fan of Frazetta and Brom’s work. He got no formal training, instead self study and hard work has bore fruits for him. So far his work has been published in various magazines, and, on various websites/communities of artists, he has won awards in recognition of his work. In addition to this, his work has been selected for publishing in the books/albums Expose” and Exotique of Ballistic Publishing. His work is intriguing, absorbing! and has the power to make the viewer an instant fan.
Has made illustrations for various books (including book covers), for instance, for book “offspring-The Sword of the Dragon Book 2” using Photoshop mainly, and, for an interior illustration for the book “Tomb of Horrors”, and, for the German edition of Blake Charlton’s Spellright book “Nicodemus Der Zauberverschreiber”, to name a few. His finely hones skills have been used in the gaming world illustrations as well. He made illustrations for Mytholia game using Photoshop, character concept illustrations for a game project, Hukumran Senfoni”, etc.
In his work, you’ll find fantasy world characters, monsters, fairy tale like characters including both men and women, kings, and warriors, wild beasts, dragons, animals like horse tiger, human having animal like features/bodies/organs, etc. the noteworthy characteristic of his work is the dark and dull shades and fantastic detailing of the fantasy he creates in his every piece.
My favorite piece is his “The Troll”. A warrior girl who is the owner of the area/jungle where a beast has made the life of the living beings hell, is shown in between on the verge of losing hope –and- boosting her morale and motivating herself again. Grassy area looks so grassy lol! Detailing is excellent and complete. Texturing and lighting shades are awesome!!!!!!! He made this in Photoshop CS2, and it took him some 30 hours to complete.
